5. Payments, Fees, and Billing

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers; by submitting payment information you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by law. We reserve the right to change prices and fees at any time; such changes will not affect payments already made for active subscriptions or courses unless we notify you otherwise.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a course or subscription according to the refund policy stated at the time of purchase. Where refunds are permitted, they will be processed in accordance with the payment provider's policies and may take time to reflect in your account. We may cancel or suspend courses or sessions when necessary (for example, due to tutor unavailability). If we cancel a course or session, we will provide a refund or alternative arrangement where appropriate.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to promote illegal activity;
  • Harass, abuse, defame, or threaten other users or tutors;
  • Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains offensive, obscene, or harmful material;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or interfere with its proper functioning;
  • Impersonate another person or provide false information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Service, including course materials, recordings, text, images, videos, logos, and software, is the property of Language Hub India or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, stream, and download certain materials for your personal, non-commercial use only if expressly permitted. Any other use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of our content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

You may submit or upload reviews, feedback, or other content. By doing so, you grant Language Hub India a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate these Terms.

We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment opportunities, or qualifications as a result of using the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Language Hub India be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1000 (one thousand Indian Rupees), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Language Hub India and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
